Detroit Athletic Co. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, you can get a full refund of the product price and any tax, within sixty (60) days of purchase. Please note that custom items like jerseys and T-shirts with names and numbers on the back are not returnable or exchangeable – even if it is the name and number of a current or past player.

Be sure to include your packing slip/invoice with your return/exchange with written instructions as to what you would like us to do (i.e. “Please exchange this item for a size Large”). Return shipping charges will be assessed for exchanges.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Detroit Athletic Co. offers free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website of $99.99 or more. We make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect your order to ship same day or next business day. This usually applies to customized jerseys and T-shirts as well.
