Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

Yes! We have a walk-in retail store located in Corktown, just west of the grounds of historic Tiger Stadium – and we've been here for over 30 years. We're located at 1744 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48216.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm EST. We also have Sunday hours from 10am to 1pm EST if there is a Detroit Tigers or Detroit Lions day game at Comerica Park or Ford Field.

What is your return policy?

We have a generous 60-day return policy. Please note, however, that jerseys and T-shirts with names and numbers on the back are not returnable or exchangeable.

Do you ship to Canada, England, Australia, etc?

Yes indeed! We offer USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Express Mail International as shipping options at checkout. Canadian customers (certain provinces excluded) may also select UPS Standard to Canada as a shipping option.

Will I owe taxes, duties, tariffs, etc. if you ship my order to another country?

Yes. We do not collect any taxes on international orders. By law, we are required to list the contents of each order on the shipping label. Taxes and duties are determined by the recipient's home country and are usually collected by the local post office at time of delivery or pick up.

Do you provide free shipping on domestic orders?

Yes, for orders of $99.99 or more.

Do you provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges?

No we do not.

What is the difference between the authentic jerseys and the replica/premier jerseys?

Authentic jerseys are the same ones worn by the players. Replica or premier jerseys are designed to look like the authentic jerseys but are often made of lighter material or may have different tagging, etc.

How do I checkout if I don't know my account password or didn't set an account up?

Our web site allows you to check out as a guest. No need to create an account if you don't want one.

How do I get promotional codes and where do I redeem them?

Just add your name and email address to our mailing list and you will receive promotional emails and our newsletter. Promo codes can be redeemed on our web site when placing an order.

Will a receipt be included if this is a gift?

If you place an order that is shipping to a different recipient AND a different shipping address (different from the billing name and address) we will include a packing list that does not show any pricing information.

How do I include a message for the gift recipient?

You may leave a message for a gift recipient during the checkout process.

Can I make an exchange or return in person?
